Our Dining Room

"Sophisticated country" probably describes our dining room best. Designed for a proper meal out, but in a relaxed country atmosphere, The Tin Hut's dining room continually attracts both locals and visitors alike.

Proprietor Marcus Darley has been in the hospitality business for as long as he can remember, including 20 memorable years running the legendary Brasserie Flipp in Wellington. It's Marcus' attention to detail and insistence on using only the best local produce that keeps diners coming back for more.

Our Garden

During the warmer months our garden is a popular dining spot, where the view of the racecourse and the pet birds are an attraction. The garden also provides a lot of the vegetables for the restaurant.
